PREPARING THE PARCELS
- If you have chosen to be delivered by Colissimo, at a Colissimo pick-up point or via Schenker, your parcel will be handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days (for mainland France) and will be delivered to the address marked on the order form within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery times are given for information only. For overseas delivery, count 5 to 10 business days according to the destination.
- If you have chosen to be delivered by UPS, orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day.
4 DELIVERY POSSIBILITIES

Preparation time: Orders received from Monday to Friday are normally prepared the same day or the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are normally prepared the next Monday or Tuesday. This is subject to item availability.
Dispatch costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as carriage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and each one will have its own dispatch costs. While your parcel is dispatched at your own risk, particular attention is paid to fragile objects. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
All goods leave our premises in perfect condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to point out to the carrier any anomalies observed on the parcel and even to refuse the parcel if necessary. If no reservations are made on receipt of the parcel, the buyer cannot be reimbursed.
